Terms of Service

By using www.gracesgallery.store or buying from us (including via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram), you agree to these terms together with our other policies.

Products, pricing & availability

We aim to describe and price products accurately. Where a genuine error occurs, we may correct it and will not be bound to supply at an incorrect price; we will tell you before proceeding. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock issue) and will refund any amount paid.

Payment

Accepted methods: EcoCash, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available on Harare and courier deliveries only — Zimpost deliveries are pay-before-dispatch.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44].

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
