Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide across Zimbabwe — within Harare, to all major cities via courier, and to anywhere covered by Zimpost.

Delivery fees

  • Within Harare: free door-to-door delivery.
  • Outside Harare — pickup: from US$5 (collection from your nearest pickup point).
  • Outside Harare — door delivery: depends on your destination's rates, starting from as low as US$5. We calculate the exact cost for your location and confirm the full amount with you before dispatch.

Delivery timelines

  • Within Harare: orders placed between 9am and 5pm are typically delivered the same day, within a few hours. Orders placed after 5pm are scheduled for delivery the next day from 9am.
  • Major cities — fast courier: intercity orders are dispatched daily at 1:30pm on weekdays. Orders placed before that cut-off go out the same day and are usually ready for collection the following day (sometimes the same day for locations closer to Harare). Orders placed after the cut-off go out the next weekday.
  • Rest of Zimbabwe — Zimpost: typically 1 to 3 days, at a slightly higher cost. This option is pay-before-dispatch and does not offer cash on delivery.

Intercity delivery days Intercity shipping runs on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). We do not ship intercity on weekends. Parcels already in transit can still be collected on Saturdays, but no new intercity dispatches are made on weekends.

Payment on delivery Where cash on delivery is offered (Harare and courier deliveries), you may pay by any of our accepted methods — cash, EcoCash, or bank transfer — collected on delivery before goods are handed over. Zimpost deliveries are pay-before-dispatch and are not available on cash on delivery.

Risk and ownership Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery and acceptance.

Missed or rescheduled delivery If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time and delivery must be rescheduled, a further delivery fee applies for the repeat attempt.

Lay-by and preorder items For lay-by and preorder items, delivery follows the agreed completion date (and, for preorders, procurement). Estimated timelines are confirmed with you at the time of order.
