Shipping Overview
Grace’s Gallery is dedicated to ensuring your home and garden essentials arrive safe, secure, and fast. We pride ourselves on our rapid delivery network, offering same-day options in Harare and 24-hour turnaround for most of Zimbabwe.
1. Order Processing and Handling Time
Handling Time: We operate on a "fast-dispatch" basis.
- Harare Orders: Processed immediately for same-day dispatch if received before the cut-off time.
- Nationwide Orders: Processed within 0–1 business days.
Order Cut-off Time:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CAT) are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
Operating Days: Our distribution center operates Monday through Saturday. Orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Transit Estimates
We aim to get your order to you in 24 hours or less.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your specific delivery address and the total weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping total before you complete your payment.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. Please note: While we strive for 24-hour delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to heavy rains, road constraints, or high-volume periods.
3. Pay-on-Delivery (POD)
To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a Pay-on-Delivery service for the majority of our delivery network.
- Eligibility: POD is available for most cities and towns we deliver to nationwide.
- Note: This option may be unavailable for certain remote rural areas. Eligibility will be confirmed at checkout based on your address.
- Payment Methods: Our delivery partners accept Cash (USD), EcoCash, or InnBucks upon delivery.
Please ensure you have the exact amount available to facilitate a smooth handover.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has left our warehouse. This notification will include your tracking number or the driver's contact details (for local deliveries).
5. Damages and Issues in Transit
At Grace’s Gallery, we take exceptional care to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition.
- Liability: We take responsibility for the goods until they are delivered to you.
- Reporting: If you receive your order and the packaging is damaged or the item is broken, please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 48 hours of delivery) at info@gracesgallery.store or via WhatsApp.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Please save all packaging materials and take photos of the damage to help us process the claim with our courier.
6. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of Zimbabwe. All orders must have a valid delivery address within Zimbabwe.
