Affiliate Programme

The Grace's Gallery Affiliate Programme lets approved individuals earn commission by referring customers to us. You share a unique referral link; when someone buys through it, you earn commission paid to your EcoCash.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and resident in Zimbabwe with a valid EcoCash account.
• You must register and be approved by Grace's Gallery before earning commissions.
• Employees, directors, and their immediate household are not eligible (to prevent self-referral).

How referrals are tracked

• On approval you receive a unique referral link (?ref=YOURCODE).
• When a customer clicks your link, a tracking marker is stored on their device for 30 days. If they purchase within that window, the sale is attributed to you.
• Attribution is last-referrer-wins: if a customer later clicks a different affiliate's link, the most recent link is credited.
• Commission applies only to sales where your code is correctly recorded against the order.

Commission

• Commission is a percentage of the net profit on the order — the order value after deducting the cost of goods and the cost of fulfilment (including delivery and related costs).
• The method of calculating net profit is determined by Grace's Gallery at its sole discretion.
• The commission percentage may vary by product, product line, promotion, campaign, or period. The applicable rate is the rate in effect at the time the qualifying sale is made, as published to affiliates or shown in your affiliate account.
• Commission is calculated on net profit only — never on delivery fees or taxes.
• Your affiliate dashboard shows the commission amount earned on each qualifying order, so you can always see what you have earned per sale.

When commission is earned

A commission becomes payable only when all of the following are true:

• The order is fully paid (including the full balance on any cash-on-delivery or lay-by order); and
• The order has been delivered and accepted by the customer; and
• The return/cooling-off window has passed without a return or cancellation.

Commission is void or reversed if the order is cancelled, returned, or refunded for any reason; if the order is fraudulent or placed by the affiliate themselves or their household; or if the referral was generated through any prohibited method below.

Payouts

• Commissions are paid by EcoCash to the number on your affiliate account.
• Payout thresholds are US$10, US$50, and US$100. Once your balance reaches a threshold, payment is sent within 1 to 3 days.
• If your balance has not yet reached a threshold and you would like to cash out, we may pay you as a courtesy — this is at our discretion and not an obligation.
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations on commissions earned.

Prohibited promotion methods

You may not:

• Send unsolicited spam (email, SMS, or WhatsApp) to promote your link;
• Misrepresent Grace's Gallery, our products, prices, or promotions;
• Bid on or run paid ads using "Grace's Gallery" or our brand/trademarks as keywords;
• Use our logo or brand assets except those we explicitly provide;
• Make false or exaggerated claims to induce a sale.

Breach may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Programme changes & termination

We may change commission rates, terms, or end the programme at any time, with reasonable notice for changes affecting commissions already in progress. Either party may terminate participation at any time. Commissions already earned at termination remain payable; pending or unqualified commissions do not.
