The Reality Check

To keep things completely transparent: this bike uses a friction resistance system. That means a heavy-duty felt pad physically presses against the flywheel to create tension. It gives you infinite resistance levels, but you will hear a slight "swooshing" sound when you crank the resistance all the way up. It’s completely normal, incredibly effective, and built to take the heat.
