Returns & Refund Policy

At Grace's Gallery, your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44]. We do not use "all sales final" terms, because they are not enforceable under the Act.

Cooling-off period (online purchases)

For purchases concluded online, you have a cooling-off period of 7 days (from the later of the date of agreement or the date you receive the goods) during which you may cancel. Where you cancel within this period, we refund you in full. You may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Refunds are made within 14 days of cancellation.

Faulty, unsafe, or defective goods

If goods are unsafe, defective, or fail to meet a reasonable standard of quality, you may return them within 6 months of delivery, at our risk and expense, and choose repair, replacement, or a refund, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Your statutory cooling-off right and your defective-goods rights above always apply and are not affected by this. Where goods arrive damaged or defective, or there is another genuine, valid reason, we will make it right.

Warranty, repair, and exchange

Many of our appliances carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product (for example 6, 12, or 24 months) and the applicable warranty is stated in each product's description. Where a warrantied item fails within its warranty period, we will repair or exchange it in line with the warranty terms for that product. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

How to request a return or refund

Contact us on WhatsApp 0778 104 667 or email info@gracesgallery.store with your order number and reason. We will confirm the process and, where applicable, arrange collection. Approved refunds are issued by EcoCash, bank transfer, or the original payment method within 1 to 10 business days.
