To process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about them, provide support, operate our lay-by and affiliate programmes, and (where you have agreed) send you offers.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate, including Shopify (our online store), Meta / WhatsApp (messaging across WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram), our payment providers, and our delivery and courier partners. We do not sell your personal data.

Marketing messages

We send marketing messages only to customers who have opted in, and every marketing message includes a way to opt out (reply STOP).
